Agreement and operator

These Calc.you terms of use govern access to the website, its browser calculators, and its editorial content. They are effective August 29, 2026. The service is operated by Calc.you, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using Calc.you, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old. If local law requires a higher age or parental authorization for a particular activity, that rule remains your responsibility. Calc.you does not create accounts, accept payments, or enter a professional-client relationship through a calculation or support email.

Informational calculations, not advice

Calc.you performs arithmetic on values you choose under methods and conventions displayed on each page. Results are general informational planning aids. They are not medical, legal, tax, investment, financial-planning, insurance, accounting, employment, educational-placement, safety, or eligibility advice. They do not replace an official record, contract, policy, professional assessment, or decision by an authorized institution.

A deterministic formula is not a guarantee that an input, convention, or result is suitable for your circumstances. Calendar rules can vary by law or institution. Actual schedules change. Prices, taxes, fees, interest, inflation, exchange rates, local tipping customs, and employment rules may not appear in a simple calculation. Review the page’s assumptions and obtain qualified help when consequences are material.

Permission to use the service

Subject to these terms, Calc.you grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the public service for lawful personal or internal informational purposes. You may copy a result summary for your own use, provided you preserve relevant units and limitations.

You may not use Calc.you to violate law or another person’s rights; probe or bypass security; overload or disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; access non-public systems or data; misrepresent a result as certification; remove ownership notices; scrape at a volume that impairs service; or reproduce substantial site content, branding, or interface for a competing service without permission.

Do not use optional labels to store confidential information, credentials, identifiers, or unlawful content. Do not attempt to make another person believe Calc.you verified an age, income, work entitlement, health condition, financial capacity, or legal deadline.

Your inputs and copied results

Calculator inputs are designed to remain in ephemeral browser state. You retain responsibility for the values you choose and for any rights needed to use them. You also control where a copied result goes. Once you paste, save, print, or send a result through another service, that destination’s terms and privacy practices apply.

Calc.you does not claim ownership of the raw numeric values you enter. Optional feedback or tool suggestions sent by email may be reviewed and used to improve the service without an obligation to implement, compensate, or keep unsolicited ideas confidential, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Do not send proprietary formulas or material you are not authorized to share.

Intellectual property

The Calc.you name, visual identity, original text, interface design, selection and arrangement of content, and software are owned by Calc.you or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Mathematical facts and ordinary formulas may not themselves be owned, but the site’s original expression, artwork, code, and compilation can be protected.

Availability and changes

The service may be modified, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. A calculator can change when a defect is fixed, a convention is clarified, or its supported scope evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, storage of a calculation, compatibility with every browser, or preservation of a particular route or output format.

Because the service has no account or cloud history, you should keep any result you need and retain the inputs and assumptions necessary to reproduce it.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calc.you is provided “as is” and “as available.” Calc.you disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and error-free operation, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Examples are illustrative and may use simplified values. A result can contain an error caused by software, browser behavior, rounding, ambiguous input, an incorrect assumption, or a visitor’s entry. Verify important arithmetic independently and consult an appropriate source before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calc.you and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or expected savings arising from or related to Calc.you.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Calc.you for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. The service is free, so the alternative amount may apply. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions or limits; in that case, the provision applies only to the maximum lawful extent. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify the operator where applicable law prohibits it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you and Calc.you should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through support@calc.you. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable rights.

If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie policies, form the agreement for the public service unless another signed agreement applies.

May I use a result in an official process?

You may copy it, but Calc.you does not certify it. Confirm the method and use the official source or required professional for the process.

Do these terms promise that every calculation is correct?

No. The site explains its intended method, but software, assumptions, rounding, and inputs can still produce an unsuitable or erroneous result.

Can the terms change?

Yes. A revised page will show a new effective date, and material changes will receive notice where applicable law requires it.

How do I raise a concern?

Email support@calc.you with the route, issue, and a non-sensitive example. Read the privacy policy before sending personal information.
