The fastest way to make a calculator issue reproducible

To contact Calc.you, email support@calc.you. A useful support message does not need a personal history. It needs the route, the values that triggered the issue, the result you saw, the result you expected, and the browser or device context if the problem appears technical. Please replace names, account details, addresses, dates of birth, financial records, health information, and other sensitive material with neutral examples before sending.

Calc.you is operated by Calc.you at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email is the public support channel. There is no support account, chat widget, telephone queue, social-login inbox, or ticketing portal on the site. That narrow channel keeps the service simple, but it also means email should be treated as a networked communication rather than as part of the local calculator.

What we can help with

Calculation reports are welcome when the displayed formula appears inconsistent with the result. Include the calculator path and a non-sensitive test case. For a date issue, state the two example dates, selected convention, displayed result, and expected result. For a duration or cost issue, include the units and billing period. Screenshots can help with layout problems, but crop them so they do not reveal bookmarks, other tabs, notifications, or personal values.

Content corrections should identify the exact sentence and a reliable source when the issue involves a rule or fact. Many Calc.you pages rely only on disclosed arithmetic, but calendar conventions and legal disclosures still need careful wording. We review a correction for accuracy, user impact, and whether the page or tool needs a visible revision note.

Accessibility feedback can cover keyboard order, focus visibility, form labels, error announcements, color contrast, motion, zoom, text spacing, or screen-reader output. Describe the route, interaction, assistive technology, browser, and the step where access became difficult. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or personal medical information.

Privacy inquiries may ask what pathways process information, request clarification, or exercise a right that applies under relevant law. State your request and the jurisdiction you believe applies. Because calculator inputs are designed to stay in the browser, we may have no calculator record to locate. A support email itself is a record, however, and may need to be retained long enough to respond, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.

What support cannot decide

Support cannot tell you whether a personal target, tip, budget share, work schedule, savings amount, screen-time value, or other result is appropriate. It cannot interpret a calculator as medical, legal, tax, investment, insurance, employment, or eligibility advice. It cannot certify a date result for a court, school, employer, government agency, financial institution, or regulated process.

Support also cannot retrieve an unsaved calculation. The site has no calculator account or cloud history. If a page was reset or closed, reproduce the result from the original inputs. Do not send credentials, authentication codes, government identifiers, payment-card data, private keys, medical files, or complete financial statements in an attempt to recover a result.

We do not accept paid link placement, undisclosed endorsements, copied articles, false testimonials, or partnerships that obscure compensation or data access. Partnership messages should identify the sender, organization, concrete value to users, any compensation, and every requested data permission.

A worked support report

Here is a privacy-safe example:

Route: /tools/work-hours-calculator. Browser: current Firefox on Windows. Test input: start 09:00, end 17:30, unpaid break 45 minutes, same-day shift. Displayed paid time: 8 hours 15 minutes. Expected: 7 hours 45 minutes because 8 hours 30 minutes minus 45 minutes equals 7 hours 45 minutes. The formula line appears to add the break.

This report gives enough information to reproduce a defect without exposing an employer, real schedule, or identity. It distinguishes the observed output from the expected arithmetic and names the likely step. A vague message such as “hours are wrong” would require another round of questions.

For a content correction, a useful structure is equally short: route, exact heading, disputed statement, preferred correction, and source link or citation. We may ask follow-up questions if a source describes a jurisdiction-specific rule that should not be generalized.

Expected handling and response boundaries

Sending an email does not guarantee an immediate response time or a particular outcome. Messages may be prioritized by user impact, security risk, accessibility, privacy deadlines, and reproducibility. Duplicate promotional messages may be filtered. Acknowledgment of a report does not admit liability or confirm that a proposed change is correct.

If you believe a security issue could expose other users or infrastructure, describe it without accessing data that is not yours, degrading the service, or publishing exploitable detail before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate. The service does not create a bug-bounty program or promise payment.

Before you send

Open the calculator again, confirm the unit and period, use reset, and try a simple test case. Copy the formula shown by the page. Check whether an overnight-shift option, leap-day convention, rounding setting, or billing frequency explains the result. If the issue remains, remove sensitive content and write a concise subject such as “Calculation issue: work hours break subtraction.”

Frequently asked questions

Can you calculate something from a document I email?

No. The support channel is not an upload-analysis service. Summarize a non-sensitive test case using the calculator’s labeled fields instead of attaching personal documents.

Where can I report an accessibility barrier?

Email support@calc.you with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the route, task, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the observed barrier.

Can you delete my calculator history?

There is no server-side calculator history. If you emailed a request, you may ask about that correspondence under the privacy policy.

May I request a new tool?

Yes. Explain the user question, inputs, output, formula, and limits. Suggestions are evaluated independently and do not create an obligation, payment, or ownership transfer unless separately agreed in writing.

When your message is ready and free of sensitive data, email support@calc.you with the route and one reproducible example.
